During the campaign, Marc Molinaro called on Congress to invest billions in Social Emotional Training, social workers and other mental health benefits for school children.

Molinaro has accused President Biden of neglecting those without access to education, including college. He claimed that he'd make access a priority.

Molinaro seems to favor new tax deductions for college loan payments, rather than forgiveness. However, he seems to misunderstand how college loan guarantees work - loans granted by private lenders have not been federally guaranteed for more than a decade.
